What's On My Heart Today... "Bless This Home"
Most of us have seen those signs often hung just inside the front door of a home that say, "Bless This Home." The first thing that we did when we built our new home, before we moved in, was to invite Jesus in to live with us. We anointed every window, wall and doorway with oil and prayed prayers of love, peace, safety, hospitality, and grace, just to name a few. Before we go out each day, our home is our starting point. We want this place to be so saturated with prayer, Scripture that the enemy has no opportunity to invade. When other's visit our home we pray they are greeted with God’s sweet presence and an abundance of peace and love. Christ is the head of our home, the unseen guest in every room. May you cultivate a home full of God’s presence. Today God would say to you...
"You will be blessed when you come in and blessed when you go out." Deuteronomy 28:6
