Invitation to Know Jesus Christ

The Bible says there is only one way to Heaven. Jesus said: "I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man comes unto the Father but by me." (John 14:6)

John 14:6 is a scripture that holds the very essence of the way to eternal salvation! Jesus and He alone is the way to the Father and to eternal life! Good works cannot save you. Faith in Jesus alone can save you. "For by grace you are saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast." (Ephesians 2:8-9)

Do you want to know joy, peace, security and Jesus. I guarantee that you can know peace with God, peace of soul, peace of mind, joy in your heart, and love such as you have never experienced. When a person becomes the object of God's love and the love of His Son Jesus there is security, protection, provision and blessing for time and eternity.

The most important thing is that you receive the gift. Salvation (eternal life) is not really yours until you reach out and receive it. To receive forgiveness for your sin and receive the gift of eternal life it requires an act of faith, which is a conscious decision followed by an act.

Open the door of your heart and a very real relationship with Jesus Christ as your Savior. To accept God's full pardon without charge or to re-commit your life to God, find a quite place and repeat the following prayer. Invite Jesus Christ into your heart and life today:

Dear Lord, I confess that I am a sinner and I ask Your forgiveness for my sins. I believe that your Son, Jesus Christ, died on the cross for my sins. I invite you, Jesus, to come into my heart and life as my personal Lord and Savior. I commit and trust my life and way to you. Thank for the greatest gift anyone could ever receive; that is for coming to earth and dying on the cross in my place to pay the just penalty for all my sins. Thank you for your forgiveness and free pardon, for the gift of eternal life, and for hearing and answering my prayer. In Jesus' Name, Amen."

God say's that once you invite Him into your heart and ask for forgiveness; “I will forgive their wickedness and will remember their sins no more.” (Jeremiah 31:34)

Now that you have excepted Jesus Christ into your heart and life, you will need to take some very important steps to help you in your daily walk to grow your faith and deepen your relationship with God:

1.  FIND A BIBLE BELIVEING CHURCH. You will need the fellowship and prayers of other believers. "Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another; and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching." (Hebrews 10:25)

Find a church that bases their beliefs upon the basics of Christian Faith.

*The Bible is the inspired Word of God.
     *The Deity of Jesus Christ.
*The Blood Atonement for sin by Jesus Christ.
*The imminent Return of Jesus Christ.

2. READ YOUR BIBLE DAILY. As praying is talking to God, reading the Bible is letting God talk to you. "So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God." (Romans 10:17)

3. PRAY DAILY. You will find prayer to be a source of great power, strength and blessing as you continue in your walk with Jesus. "Seek the LORD and his strength, seek his face continually." (1 Corinthians 16:11)

4, BE BAPTIZED. Baptism is a public commitment showing that you are burying your sinful life in surrender to Jesus and rising again to walk a new life with Jesus as your source of strength and ownership. And Peter said to them, “Repent and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins, and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit." Acts 2:38

Congratulations on accepting Jesus Christ as your personal Savior. This is the most important thing you will ever do in your life. There will be temptations from God’s enemy, Satan, but now you will not need to face them alone, for Jesus has promised to be strong for you. "Do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God, I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand. (Isaiah 41:10)

"The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Spirit, be with you all, Amen" 2 Corinthians 13:1
