What's On My Heart Today... "So Your Having a Bad Day"
"Count it all joy, my brothers, when you meet trials of various kinds, for you know that the testing of your faith produces steadfastness." James 1:2
So your having a bad day? Does that mean that all the day's following are going to be equally as bad? Nope! Take a deep breath, it's a bad day, not a bad life! You know that old saying, "Be careful what you wish for?" It's very important when you are having a bad day that you don't park in it! Whatever you do, Do Not claim it! It's up to you to take authority over it and expect that tomorrow will be a great day. 'Claiming with authority' was passed down to you at the cross. If you are at the point where you're feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or just want to give up, I encourage you to invite Jesus into your day. Understand peace comes not in winning the struggle, but in giving your struggles to God. Remember, whatever is above your head is below God's feet. Put a smile on your face, and the day will follow. Today, God would say to you...
