The Sweetest Name I Know

Yashua "Yahweh [the Lord] is Salvation."

"Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name: That at the name of Jesus every knee shall bow, of things in heaven, and things on earth, and things under the earth; And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father." Philippians 2:9-11

Jesus. Jesus. Jesus, there's just something about that name. The Scripture says He was given a name that's above every other name. A king who's coming was prophesied and was named by the angel long before His lowly birth. All of the great attributes of God that are seen in His names have been wrapped up into that one name, Jesus. Their is so much power in that name. The power of answered prayer is not in the words we use, It is only when we use “in the name of Jesus” that His power is released. Faith in the name of Jesus activates its power. When we speak the name of Jesus in faith, we need to know it carries with it all the powers of Heaven. I pray that this Christmas and all through the upcoming year you will find your heart focused on the One who is the perfect fulfillment of the prophecy, the Wonderful Counselor, the Mighty God, the Everlasting Father, the Prince of Peace. His name is Jesus...The sweetest name I know!
