"But He said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness. Therefore, I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ's power may rest on me." 2 Corinthians 12:9.
Weakness...Have you ever been at the point in life where you felt like simply breathing was a chore and you had nothing else to give? Physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually exhausted. When we get in a weakened emotional state of mind the enemy of our soul takes notice. Troubles pile up on our shoulders and settle in our heart leaving us in a puddle of self-doubt. Are you strong enough to carry the world on your shoulders? Do you keep a brave face to the world and fall apart when no one is looking? As women we all to often think that we can be all things to all people. But at what cost? Will you be vulnerable enough to ask? Humble enough to admit your weakness? Confident enough to accept it? Scripture is very clear and tells us, "Our help comes from the Lord." On days that exhaustion and frustrations take your breathe away clear your schedule and quiet your world and enter into the secret place of the most high and from that vantage point you will see the Lord's hand securing, increasing, and enlarging every portion of your life.
"That is why I take pleasure in my weakness, and in the results, hardships, persecutions, and troubles that I suffer for Christ. For when I am weak, then I am strong." 2 Corinthians 12:10.
