Holy Week

What's on My Heart Today

Holy Week

“Honor the Lord for the glory of His Name. Worship the Lord in the splendor of His holiness.” Psalm 29:2.

Holy Week...Holy week allows us an opportunity to reflect upon Jesus’ sacrifice on the cross. It starts with Palm Sunday when Jesus enters the city of Jerusalem. The week leads us through the Last Supper, His crucifixion, and ends on Easter Sunday with His resurrection. How great is His love for us? He stepped down from Heaven to save a wretch like you and me. His agape love is unfathomable! How can we begin to pay homage to Jesus' journey up Golgotha's hill in our place? The word “Holy” is to be “set apart and special.” We can honor Jesus by having a “Holy” place in our hearts just for Him. When we lift our hands in praise and worship, we break our Spiritual jars of perfume over Jesus. The fragrance of our praise touches His heart. As Holy Week begins, let us join our hearts together to celebrate the One that laid down His life for us that we might have life, and have it more abundantly! Jesus, our Savior, our King, our Messiah. Glory to God in the highest…Hosanna! 💝🕆

"But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; the  Chastisement  for our peace was upon Him. And by His stripes we are healed. Isaiah 53:5.

Sweetest Blessings,
