Today my heart is troubled. I wish it wasn't so. I want to always walk in faith. And yet, here I am troubled in spirit and unsettled in my soul. The fact is, there are days where our hearts will be troubled. Jesus knew the troubles in the hearts of His Disciples when He offered this flawless advice, "Let not your heart be troubled." How well Jesus understands what you and I are facing. We were not created to be torn up in our emotions. That's why we must learn to grab hold of our emotions and remind our troubled hearts, "I WASN'T MADE FOR THIS!" Allowing yourself to stay in a state of trouble, upset, and fearful wont help you in life. In fact, it will hinder you in running the race God has set before you. Take advantage of opportunities to show your faith and be brave. When a problem you're facing fills your heart with anxiety and worry, remember this; God is bigger than your problem! Be strong and let your heart take courage.
"Peace I leave you; My peace I give you; no as the world gives do I give you. Do not let your heart be troubled, nor let it be afraid. Let my perfect peace calm you in every circumstance and give you courage and strength for every challenge," John 14:27.

It is so hard to remember that there is peace in all situations when our hearts are hurting and troubled. My heart and and spirit are troubled today. Change does that to people. Change a way of doing that to us, I think more for us women than men. Today the Lord gave me Proverbs 3:5-6, but really the whole chapter. Dig in it is food for the disquieted life. Love you Milana
