Presistent Prayers

PRESISTANT PRAYERS...I have shared my journey these past two years both emotionally and physically. What I don't often expand on is the huge amount of unrelenting pain that I live in.

Why hasn't God healed me? I know how to pray for healing and I believe I have faith to be healed...But God has not delivered me from this unrelenting pain, yet.

Early this morning, I was determined to take my request to the Throne Room. (War Room). I needed a one on one, heart to heart with my Lord and I was determined not to leave until I was healed. I begged Him to show me what was lying between the Cross and my pain that I could not understand? Why Lord?

In our devotional time together, my sweet hubby reminded me of the story of the "Persistent Friend"  (Luke 11:5-13) How he kept going back to his neighbors house but the man wouldn't give him what he ask for... until he kept coming back. So what did I learn from this parable? To never give up, never stop praying. Abba Father, in Jesus Name I am whole! AMEN and AMEN!  My statement of faith!

If you are on the same journey as me and are desperately seeking relief from pain, either emotionally or physically, and believe what the Word of God tells you, I encourage you to join me in standing on the Word of God. God answers PRESISTANT PRAYERS!

Regardless of what we feel, we will be made whole, if not in this world... the next! Meanwhile, God promises to "never leave us or forsake us" or to "give us more then we can bear." I ask for your prayers as I journey towards my goal. I pray for each one that opens this devotional that you may experience God richest blessings and know the depths of His love.

"My son, pay attention to what I say; listen closely to my words. Do not let them out of your sight, keep them within your heart; for they are life to those who find them and health to a man's whole body." Proverbs 4:20-22

Dear Jo, I understand what it's like to live with constant pain and ask the Lord for healing and the waiting is the hardest part. We rarely understand why God makes us wait, but don't give up dear friend. God has a plan and he'll reveal it in his time.

I can relate with you...if it's either physical pain or emotional pain, or just an overwhelming since of anxiety...something that I have delt with for years. But I will steadfast with you in prayer for complete deliverance from the pain of the past and the physical pain that comes and goes.
