"Who can list the glorious miracles of the LORD? Who can ever praise him enough?" Psalm 106:2
Every Christmas we read the story of Jesus birth. (Luke 2:1-20) We read about Mary, the mother of Jesus and Elizabeth, Mary's cousin, and we see two miraculous miracles simultaneously happening. Mary, a virgin, was chosen by God, through immaculate conception, to be the mother of Jesus. Her cousin Elizabeth, barren for eighty eight years, was also expecting a miraculous childbirth. A son, John the Baptist. Jesus' life on earth began as a great miracle. While most of us may have never seen such monumental and earth shattering miracles in such a way as Mary and Elizabeth, miracles are still all around us today! Sometimes life's troubles can take our eyes off what God has done in our lives and what He is able to do. Everyday is an ordinary day with the possibility of an extraordinary miracle happening in your life. Anytime you feel as though you have never seen a miracle, look closer. You will see God's power and loving intervention on your behalf in ways you never thought was possible. Today, God stands at the point of your need. He still performs miracles just like he did thousands of years ago. We just need to...Believe in Miracles!
