Rise and Shine

"You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit..." John 15:16

Today I want to speak to what God called you to be. Do you have a heart to serve God but maybe you lack the confidence to reach out? Maybe you feel like you will be rejected for lack of experience? My sweet friend, know this...if God gave you talents and gifting's, you are already called for ministry. To hide them or keep silent about them is to keep silent about the One who created you. If you love people, serve. If you are musically talented, sing. If you have compassion, comfort. If you love the Word, teach. Do something with those talents that will glorify God. Claim every bit of who you are and the gifts and talents that He has given you. When you create from what you know, you create from who you are. And you are a beautiful blend of abilities God breathed into your soul. You are worthy, not because of you, but because of Him. Rise and shine.
