Be Fruitful

"Only let each person lead the life that the Lord has assigned to him, and to which God has called him." 1 Corinthians 7 :17 ESV

Here’s a critical truth for Christ-followers; "If I am to live in the flesh, that means fruitful labor for me." (Philippians 1:22). The task before Jesus was overwhelming. He had a short time on this earth. How would He accomplish the overwhelming task of getting the gospel to the entire world? While Jesus, with all of heaven’s power behind Him, could have done anything, He chose twelve unlikely men to disciple others. Scripture says that if you are alive today, you are called to fruitful labor. Your mission field is the ground that you are standing on. God has placed you there for a divine purpose. Live and obey, love and believe, right there. When you offer Him your five-loaves-and-two-fish worth of effort, He multiplies it in ways you can’t even imagine. Follow Jesus example in earnestly asking God to show you how to be a disciple...Be fruitful.
