Why Worry?

"Can all your worries add a single moment to your life?" Matthew 6:27a

As women we spend an awful lot of time in life worrying. We worry about everything from our finances, to contagious infections, what people think about us and so much more. In spite of all the worrying, we're still alive and well and guess what? Worrying is a waste of our precious time. God has a wonderful plan for our lives, and part of that plan includes taking care of us. When all hope seems gone, God is still there. There will never be a time when you will find God's power inadequate, His love indifferent, or His grace insufficient. As a woman, you are not automatically assigned the job of "chief worrier." Instead, fill your heart with trust, hope, and God's peace. You'll sleep so much better at night.
