Mother Nature or Father God

What's On My Heart Today "Mother Nature or Father God" 

 

"When He imparted weight to the wind And meted out the waters by measure, When He set a limit for the rain And a course for the thunderbolt, Then He saw it and declared it; He established it and also searched it out." Job 28:25-27

Is the idea of "Mother Nature" Biblical? No! Mother nature is just a personification of nature. It sounds great. However, the term Mother Nature serves as a kind of umbrella encompassing political and cultural ideologies such a global warming, environmentalism, and climate change. Every time we have a natural disaster the media blames it all on Mother Nature, but when we have wonderful weather, the say "Mother Nature" smiled on us today. Here's the thing, Mother Nature gets the glory. God is in control of the weather, not Mother Nature. The world say's; "You can't fool Mother Nature." I say; "You can't fool God!" Give God His glory!
