Walking Through Anxiety (God's Way)
Anxiety: When your mind, body and soul are in a state of imbalance.
"When anxiety was great within me, Your consolation brought me joy." Psalm 94:19.
ANXIETY...There is something different about the days we are living. Different isn't always easy to maneuver through. Especially the fear of the unknown. Anxiety arrives with gusto! I personally believe that anxiety is like a terrorist attack from the enemy of our mind. It is a relentless beast that demands time and energy. Anxiety will present itself through panic attacks, physical ailments and stress. It rises up when we believe everything we hear and doubt what the Creator taught us in His Word. God's Word tells us not to worry ourselves about anything! There is one absolute truth about anxiety; it does not exist in the present moment. It only shows up in your life when you find your thoughts and emotions caught up in the future. In the present, you will always feel a deeper sense of calm and gratitude. Be present, live in today and find your blessings. We have God's promises to take comfort in. Make promise note cards and put them on your mirror, refrigerator and your bed stand. Lock them in your heart! That might mean every five minutes some days but that’s okay!
“May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in Him." Romans 15:13."
"What you perceive as your greatest weakness is in fact teaching you how to be the best version of yourself."
