"Yes, my soul, finds rest in God; my hope comes from him." (Psalm 62:5). Selah... is a beautiful word in the Bible that sooths my weariness. It shows up in the book of Psalms 71 times and Habakkuk 3 times. Scholars differ on it's meaning, but I like to think "Selah" speaks to "Finding rest for our souls." Today we live in an insanely busy world where peace seems hard to find. We can't buy it nor can we earn it. But, we can enter into the graciousness of God's rest by dwelling in His sweet presence. Remember the words Jesus said... "In me you may have peace... John 16:33.
