Why Me

What's On My Heart Today "Why Me"

"For the eyes of the Lord range throughout the earth to strengthen those whose hearts are fully committed to Him. 2 Corinthians 16:9

I'm incredibly humbled and honored that God would choose me, a woman in her seasoned years, with a broken childhood and disabilities to serve Him. The calling to serve Christ goes deeper than our past or our disabilities. They say that the most unlikely people often do the most extraordinary things, and that is certainly something that has been proven in the Bible. I think Rahab, a Harlot and a liar, who's blood line flowed to Jesus. We are reminded how much God loves and cherishes every single one of us, baggage and all. The same grace that Rahab experienced is now available to you.

God isn't looking for perfect people, He's looking for people who are totally committed to Him. If you have a heart to serve the Lord, start today by making a commitment to Him. Watch as God grows you in His grace and uses you in extraordinary ways in the lives of His people. God says you are beloved and chosen, cherished and gifted, wanted and a divinely-shaped wonder. God uses ordinary people in extraordinary ways for His glory...

"Before you were formed in the womb I knew you, and before you were born I consecrated you; I appointed you a prophet to all nations." Jeremiah 1:5.
