Complaining to God

"Do all things without complaining..." Philippians 2:14 NKJV

Are you a complainer? Do you grumble and fuss? Are you someone with a bad attitude? Though none of us would want to admit it, these kind of questions sometimes hit pretty close to home. Here's the thing...God has entrusted to every person a measure of adversity. Just the right amount to accomplish His eternal purposes in our lives. Is it hard to stop complaining? Sometimes! However, worse than adversity is a complaining response to it. God simply will not tolerate repeated complaints about the measured adversity in our lives. By the way, do you know who we blame most often for our situations? God. We expect God to do our will and whenever He doesn’t, we complain. Adopting a Godly attitude empowers us to receive the revelation of God’s love. Doing everything without grumbling and complaining helps us partake of the life God longs to give us. The challenge is to be happy and content where God places you. When you trust God... happiness follows!

“Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Jesus Christ for you." 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18

Good post Sis, I think complaining saddens the heart of God because He has done so much for us.
