The Truth Will Set You Free

Today, we are living in a world that seems to take offense at everything. We have all had a time in our lives where we find ourselves in a situation where we are called to defend our words, actions or intentions. Yes, it is possible we can offend without realizing it. Maybe there has been a time when you were falsely accused of something that you were not guilty of. This leans into injustice. All of these issues have very long arms and will leave the participants with heartache and fear.

If you find yourself in one of these situations, examine your heart and actions. If you think you may have been guilty of offending someone else, ask God to forgive you and then go to the one you offended and ask for forgiveness. Whether they except your apology or not, your soul is set free.

If you find yourself in a situation of being unjustly accused of something, if you know without a doubt that you are innocent, then know this; "Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free." John 8:32. God is your mediator and He will be your defense. "For there is one God and one mediator between God and mankind, the man Christ Jesus." 2 Timothy 2:5.

Life is short and if you spend it looking backwards you will miss all the blessings that are placed in front of you. Set your soul free...

"If the Son shall therefore set you free, you are free indeed"!
